This is a draft for the shop owner and a local attorney to review before launch. The legal name, address, and state still need to be filled in.

We Repair Fast (the shop) runs this website. Questions about your information go to the email and phone published on the contact page.

What we collect

When you book a visit we collect your name, email, phone number, the device and issue you describe, and the time you picked. When you reserve a product or send a message, we collect the details in that form.

If you opt in, we may email you offers or shop news. You can ignore those emails. Booking does not require the opt-in.

The site host and our booking database store those submissions. Email is sent through an email provider. If analytics are enabled, they are cookieless and do not sell a profile of you.

Why we use it

We use this information to schedule the visit, reach you about the device, hold a pickup, and reply to messages. We do not sell your information.

We keep appointment and reservation records so the shop can do the work and handle warranty questions. Contact messages are kept so we can reply and spot abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and repair records for as long as the shop needs them for warranty, abandoned-property, and tax questions, then delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to correct your contact details.

Your choices

You can cancel a booking from the link in your confirmation. To ask for a copy or a correction, use the contact page. We may need to keep a record of a completed repair even if you ask us to delete the marketing opt-in.
