Pickup reservations

This is a draft for the shop owner and a local attorney to review before launch. The legal name, address, and state still need to be filled in.

Reserving an item online does not charge your card and does not transfer ownership. You pay in the shop when you pick it up, if the item is still in stock. Sample listings are not a promise of stock.

Accessories

Unopened accessories can be returned within 14 days of purchase with the receipt. Opened screen protectors, earbuds, and cables are final sale once the seal is broken, unless the item is defective.

Phones and devices

Refurbished phones and other devices can be returned within 7 days if they are in the same condition, with the accessories we included, and you have the receipt. After 7 days, defects are handled as a warranty claim, not a return.
